Common questions.

How do I reset my password?

On the sign-in page, click "Forgot password?" and enter the email associated with your account. You'll get a link to set a new one. Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive in a few minutes.

How do I delete my account?

From within the app: Profile → Privacy & Data → Delete Account. This permanently removes everything, including journal entries and insights. It can't be undone.

Is my data private?

Yes. Entries are encrypted in transit and at rest, with row-level security so only you can read them. We don't sell your data and don't use your entries to train AI. See our privacy policy.

How do I get help faster?

Email hello@inherhive.com with as much detail as you can — what you were doing when it happened, a screenshot if possible, and the device you were on.
