How do I reset my password?
On the sign-in page, click "Forgot password?" and enter the email address associated with your account. You'll receive an email with a link to create a new password. If you don't see the email, check your spam folder.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account from within the app by going to Profile > Privacy & Data and selecting "Delete Account." This will permanently remove your account and all associated data, including journal entries and insights. This action cannot be undone.
Is my data private?
Yes. Your journal entries are private and encrypted. We do not sell your data, and your entries are not used to train AI models. Only you can see your journal content. For full details, please read our Privacy Policy.
